Can I get a custom piece made? I welcome custom orders and require a $70 USD minimum for all custom work. Please contact me for inquiries.
Do you have any jewelry currently available? If I don't have anything listed on my website, I don't have anything available. I'm always hard at work on new pieces, so keep checking on my Instagram for updates!
Do you ever work with gold? Not at this point but it is a goal for the future.
Do you teach metalsmithing classes/workshops? No, I don't have any plans to teach metalsmithing classes or workshops. |
RETURNS |
Returns are accepted on a case-to-case basis, however I do not accept returns on damaged jewelry. Shipping costs on returned items are the buyer’s responsibility. If there are any questions or concerns with your order, don’t hesitate to send me an email. |
REPAIRS | If for some reason a piece purchased from me needs repair, I will do my best to work with you on bringing your piece back to life. Some repairs I cannot accommodate, such as resizing rings with stones. Feel free to contact me for inquiries. |
SHIPPING |
Items in stock will ship out within 1-3 business days via Australia Post unless otherwise noted. Shipping within Australia is $9 AUD for Standard and $13 AUD for Express Post. At the moment, international shipping is only available to New Zealand, USA, Canada. Standard shipping to New Zealand is $15 AUD. Standard shipping to USA and Canada is $15 USD. Custom and made-to-order items could take 2-4 weeks to process and ship. Good things take time! I am in no way responsible for items lost or stolen in the mail.
