I love custom orders!

I require a $50 AUD non-refundable deposit before the piece is made. The deposit will go towards the final cost of the piece.

Please contact me for inquiries and I'll be happy to show you the stones I have available.

Every custom order is a little different, but here are the basics (I promise to make the process very easy):

• It usually starts with picking a stone, as it's the most important feature.
• A design style reference helps greatly. It can be chosen from my Instagram feed or the archive section of my website, sent as a drawing or I can come up with one.
• Once a style as been determined, I will draw up 2-4 versions to choose from. At this point, any alterations can be done until both parties are happy.
• Cost depends on material and time but I will do my best to give an accurate price range. A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required before the piece is started. An invoice with the balance will be sent and item will be shipped after payment is made.
• A photo of the final product will be sent before shipping. The whole process takes a bit of back-and-forth because I like to be thorough. It's worth it!
• Note: Rings cannot be resized therefore it's very important to provide the correct measurements.

Yes sometimes! I'm happy to discuss custom pieces in gold with 50% payment up front.

Yes! I have studio space at The Hive Collective in Margaret River, WA and run 1-2 workshops a month. Click here to check upcoming dates and to book your spot.

If for some reason a piece purchased from me needs repair, I will do my best to work with you on bringing your piece back to life at buyer's expense. Some repairs I cannot accommodate, such as resizing rings with stones. Feel free to contact me for inquiries. 

Returns are accepted on a case-to-case basis; however, I do not accept returns on damaged jewelry or custom pieces. Shipping costs on returned items are the buyer’s responsibility. If there are any questions or concerns with your order, don’t hesitate to send me an email.

Items in stock will ship out within 1-3 business
days via Australia Post unless otherwise noted.

Custom and made-to-order items could take 2-3 weeks to process and ship. Good things take time!
