I welcome custom orders and require a $40 AUD non-refundable deposit. Please contact me for inquiries.

Every custom order is a little different, but here are the basics (I promise to make the process very easy):

• It usually starts with picking a stone, as it's the most important feature.
• A design style reference helps greatly. It can be chosen from my Instagram feed or website, sent as a drawing or I can come up with one.
• Once a style as been determined, I will draw up 2-4 versions to choose from. At this point, any alterations can be done until both parties are happy.
• Cost depends on material and time but I will do my best to give an accurate price range. A non-refundable deposit of $40 is required before the piece is started. An invoice with the balance will be sent and item will be shipped after payment is made.
• A photo of the final product will be sent before shipping. The whole process takes a bit of back-and-forth because I like to be thorough. It's worth it!
• Note: Rings cannot be resized therefore it's very important to provide the correct measurements.

Not at this point but it is a goal for the future.

No, I don't have any plans to teach metalsmithing classes or workshops.

If for some reason a piece purchased from me needs repair, I will do my best to work with you on bringing your piece back to life at buyer's expense. Some repairs I cannot accommodate, such as resizing rings with stones. Feel free to contact me for inquiries. 

Returns are accepted on a case-to-case basis; however, I do not accept returns on damaged jewelry or custom pieces. Shipping costs on returned items are the buyer’s responsibility. If there are any questions or concerns with your order, don’t hesitate to send me an email.

Items in stock will ship out within 1-3 business
days via Australia Post unless otherwise noted.

Custom and made-to-order items could take 2-3 weeks to process and ship. Good things take time!
